Overview

Refunds are calculated according to whichever policy is active when the booking is made. All reservations become non-refundable after the last rule expires or at check-in, whichever comes earlier.

Cancellation Rules

100% refund

Within 24 hours after your booking is accepted, if the reservation was requested at least 7 days before check-in.

50% refund

When cancelled 60 or more days before check-in.

No refund

Cancellations less than 60 days before check-in are non-refundable.

Payment

All guests pay 100% upfront at the time of booking.

Service Fees

A 4% guest service fee applies to all direct bookings. This covers payment processing and booking management.

Extenuating Circumstances

In cases of documented emergencies, severe weather events, or other extraordinary situations, we will work with you on a case-by-case basis to find a fair resolution. Please reach out to us as soon as possible.

To cancel or modify a reservation, contact us through our contact page. Please include your booking confirmation details and we'll respond within 24 hours.
