Alaska Stays provides a platform for guests to discover and book vacation rental properties in Palmer, Alaska. We currently offer two properties — Juniper Tree and Valley View — both managed directly by our team. Bookings can be made through our website or through third-party platforms like Airbnb.

Booking & Reservations

When you make a reservation through Alaska Stays:

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
• Pricing displayed on our site is per night and may vary by season and dates
• Additional fees (cleaning, taxes) will be clearly shown before you complete your booking
• A valid payment method is required to secure your reservation

Guest Responsibilities

As a guest at our properties, you agree to:

• Follow all house rules posted at the property and in your booking confirmation
• Treat the property, furnishings, and amenities with care
• Not exceed the maximum occupancy listed for the property
• Report any damage or maintenance issues promptly
• Respect quiet hours and neighboring properties

Liability

Alaska Stays provides properties for vacation rental use. Guests use all amenities — including hot tubs, saunas, fire pits, and outdoor areas — at their own risk. We are not liable for injuries, accidents, or loss of personal property during your stay. We recommend travel insurance for all reservations.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Alaska Stays and may not be reproduced without written permission.
