This gives you enough time to meet your driver, receive any necessary instructions, purchase any food or beverages and get settled before the shuttle begins. Head into our sales office at 509 W 3rd Ave directly across from the downtown Hilton Hotel. Upon arrival, head in to the cafe to check in with the representative, who will confirm your booking and provide any additional details about the shuttle. Please have your reservation details ready, either printed or on your mobile device. Arriving early helps us ensure that all guests are accounted for and that the shuttle departs on time, so we recommend planning ahead to avoid any last-minute rush. If you have any special requests or need assistance, please notify us at the time of booking or upon check-in.
