1. Friendly Greeting Upon arrival, guests will be greeted by the trolley team. We start checking guests in as early as 15 minutes prior to departure. We will check your reservations & assist with any questions prior to boarding. Offer you a complimentary coupon book with 40 businesses with in walking distance. 2. Boarding Process Boarding is quick and efficient, with staff guiding guests to their seats. The trolley has wide steps and handrails to ensure easy access for everyone, including seniors and families with strollers. 3. Comfortable Seating The trolley offers comfortable seating with clear windows that open for fresh air and great visibility of the scenic routes. Guests can pick their seats on a first-come, first-served basis. 4. Pre-Departure Information Our guide will provide a brief personal introduction before the trolley tour starts. 5. Punctual Departure: The trolley departs promptly at the scheduled time, so it’s recommended that guests arrive at least 10-15 minutes early to ensure a smooth boarding experience. 6. Weather Considerations If it’s a chilly day, guests can expect the trolley to be heated for comfort. In summer, the windows may be opened to enjoy the fresh Alaskan air. 7. Parking and Logistics A open air parking lot is located across from Downtown Hilton Hotel • 225 E St, Anchorage, AK 99501 Metered Parking: all around us and the meters take credit cards or coins. Unfortunately, there is no free parking downtown.

Can I bring my own snacks and drinks on the trolley?
Yes, you are welcome to bring your own snacks and drinks on the trolley. We want you to be comfortable and enjoy your time with us. Just please ensure that any food or beverages you bring are easily portable and that you take care to keep the trolley clean for all passengers.
Is travel insurance included or recommended?
Guests have the option to travel insurance when booking online. This travel insurance allows your ticket to be converted into a gift card, rescheduled, or refunded up until 5 hours prior to departure. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing no later than 5 hours in advance of departure for validation of this insurance.
Are there any restroom breaks during the tour?
The one-hour city tour does not make any restroom break stops, so guests are encouraged to visit nearby restrooms before starting the tour.
Can I get on and off the trolley at different locations, or must I start and finish at the same point?
No, we start and finish at the same location. Guests are required to board and disembark at the designated starting point to ensure a smooth and organized tour experience.
What happens if I am late for the trolley tour?
Our trolley tours run on a tight schedule to ensure our guests head out and return on time. If guests are not present for check in before the trolley departs they will need to pay a rebooking fee at their expense to schedule another tour. Guests who are concerned about unforeseen circumstances are encouraged to add travel insurance onto their reservations.
Do I need a printed ticket or receipt?
No need for paper tickets here! Just rock up with your name and a smile, and we’ll handle the rest. Easy peasy, right? Can’t wait to see you!
Is there an age discount for seniors?
We do not offer discounts for our senior guests at this time.
What is the policy on bringing service animals?
Service animals are not just welcome, they’re part of the crew! Bring your adorable service animal along for the adventure. We’re all about spreading the love, paws and all!
Do the trolleys operate on holidays?
Yes! We operate 7 days a week and on all holidays!
Are there any bilingual or multilingual tour options?
No, we currently do not offer bilingual or multilingual tour options. Our tours are conducted in English.
Do I need to tip the trolley driver or guide?
Tips are not included in reservation pricing, so we encourage guests to bring cash if they would like to tip their driver for a great experience. Your generosity is always appreciated and goes directly to your guide as a thank you for making your tour memorable!
Is there a guide or conductor on each trolley?
Yes! Every trolley tour will come with a live, in person lifelong Alaskan who is excited to share their history, culture, and stories with you!
How is seating arranged on the trolley?
Seating is first come first serve! So guests who are interested in a special spot are recommended to arrive early for best seating options!
Is there a lost and found service for items left on the trolley?
Yes, we do have a lost and found service for items left on the trolley. If you realize you've left something behind, please contact us as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to help you recover your belongings
Are your trolleys accessible for wheelchairs, strollers, storage?
We do have storage available at the back of each trolley, HOWEVER, space is limited
