Arrival Time: Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time to ensure smooth check-in and timely departure. Meeting Location: The tour departs from the Downtown Anchorage Visitors Center at 546 W 4th Ave, Anchorage, AK. Parking: Park at the garage between “A” and “C” Street, across from the Downtown Avis. This location is ideal as it allows you to pay at the toll gate and avoid a ticket if we are delayed on the return. What to Bring: Make sure you bring your booking confirmation (printed or digital) and any necessary personal items (warm clothing, camera, sunscreen, etc.). Restroom: There are no restrooms available for the first hour of the tour, so please use the facilities beforehand. Late Arrivals: If your driver has not arrived by the scheduled time, please text us. Calling may cause unnecessary delays, so texting is the best way to get in touch. We recommend planning for potential weather delays, especially in the winter season, and arriving with ample time to park and prepare for the day.
