Where to Check-in: Please check in at the Anchorage Visitor’s Log Cabin, located at 546 W 4th Ave, Anchorage, AK. This is the designated pickup location for your tour. Arrival Time: Arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time (10:00 AM) to ensure a smooth check-in process. This will allow you to settle in and avoid any delays. If Your Driver Is Late: If your driver hasn’t arrived by the scheduled time, please text us at the provided contact number (rather than calling). This helps avoid any unnecessary delays. Parking: If you're driving yourself, the best place to park is in the garage between “A” and “C” Street, across from the Downtown Avis. You can pay at the toll gate, so you won’t get a ticket if the tour is delayed on the return. Late Arrivals: Please note that the tour will depart promptly at 10:00 AM. Late arrivals may miss the tour, and no refunds will be issued for missed departures. Ensure you're ready to step into a winter wonderland adventure with plenty of time to spare!
